Omo Valley
Six days is a comfortable pace: no rushed mornings, long midday breaks, and time in every major community in the valley. You start and finish in Jinka, so there's no transfer to Arba Minch or Addis.
You'll meet the Mursi in Mago National Park, an Ari village, a Hamer family near Turmi, the Karo at Korcho and the Dassanech at Omorate, take a boat trip on the Omo River, and visit Key Afer market if the calendar aligns.

Your guide meets you at Jinka Airport and transfers you to Eco Omo Lodge. After lunch and a rest, visit the South Omo Research Centre and Museum for context on the communities you'll meet. In the evening, a coffee ceremony and full briefing: route, etiquette, photography rules, and the week ahead.
